What’s better than your feet in the sand and a drink in hand.
Here are some of my favorite Beachy Cocktails that I have gathered over the years.  They are very easy recipes with few ingredients… Enjoy!!! 

Tropical Drinks (All are mixed & served over ice)

 

 

 

Bahama Mama
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz coconut rum
1/2 oz grenadine
1 oz OJ
1 oz pineapple juice

Bay Breeze
2 oz pineapple Juice
2 oz cranberry juice
1-1.5 oz coconut rum or vodka
splash of grenadine
(For a Sea Breeze substitute pineapple juice for grapefruit juice) 

Blue Hawaiian
1.5 oz rum
3/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz pineapple juice
3//4 oz cream of coconut (I use Simple Squeeze Coco Real Cream of Coconut)

Blue Raspberry Lemonade
1/2 gallon lemonade
6 oz vodka
4 1/2 oz blue raspberry vodka

Malibu Sunset
3-4 oz pineapple-orange juice
2 oz coconut rum
squirt of grenadine

You can drizzle grenadine over drink or mix in.

Pink Vodka Lemonade
2 c. ice
3/4 c. vodka
1/3 c. lime juice
1/4 c. coconut rum
1.25 qt. lemonade or Sprite

Strawberry Lemonade
4 oz vodka
2 oz strawberry liqueur
4 T lemon juice or 2-4oz lemonade to taste
Add club soda for a fizz
OR
32-52 oz strawberry lemonade
2 c. strawberry lemonade vodka

Rum Punch
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz peach schnapps
2 oz OJ
2 oz cranberry juice
OR
1.5 oz OJ
1.5 oz pineapple juice
1.5 oz lime juice
2-3 oz white rum
Approx. 1 T grenadine for color

Margaritas Blend with ice for frozen or on the rocks
(I use 1800 Tequila)

 

 

 

Grapefruit Margarita
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 1 /2 oz tequila
3/4 oz orange liqueur
3/4 oz lime juice

Mango Margarita
3 c frozen mango
1/2 c. lime juice
3 oz tequila 
2 oz orange liqueur

Orange Margarita
3 oz OJ
2 oz tequila
1 oz triple sec
1 oz lime juice

If you prefer to use a Margarita mix, all these are really good…..
Jose Cuervo LIGHT Margarita Mix (Just add Tequila)
Skinny Mixers Strawberry Key Lime Margarita  Mix (Just add Tequila)
Margaritaville Mango Margarita Mix (Just add Tequila)

Martinis (Shake with ice and serve)

 

 

 

Bikini Beach Martini
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz Coconut rum
4 oz pineapple juice

Black Martini
2 oz vodka
1 oz blue Curacao
1/2 oz raspberry liqueur

Blue Polka Dot Bikini Martini
2 oz coconut rum
2 oz orange pineapple juice
1/2 oz blue Curacao

French Martini
2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz raspberry liqueur

Hawaiian Martini
1 oz vodka
1 oz triple sec
1 oz coconut rum
2 oz pineapple juice

Key Lime Pie Martini
2 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 oz key lime or regular lime juice (I like Key Lime)
2 T cream of coconut or coconut rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz heavy cream

Pineapple Martini
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz vodka
1 oz orange liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice

Sugar coated rim is great with these

Mimosas & Bellini
(My Mimosa’s are 1/3 juice to 2/3 Prosecco/Sparkling Wine)
I use La Marca Presecco with my Mimosas.

 

 

Cherry Mimosa
tart cherry juice
Prosecco

Hawaiian Mimosa
Coconut rum
Pineapple juice
Prosecco or Pineapple Sparkling Wine (I use Villa Moscato & pineapple – online)

Using the Villa Moscato & pineapple has a much better taste.  You may want to omit the pineapple if using the Villa Moscato.

Mango Strawberry Mimosa
1 mango
1 c strawberries
1 c OJ
1 bottle of Prosecco

Add mango, strawberries & OJ to blender and blend.  Fill glass 1/3 with mixture to 2/3 Prosecco.

OJ Lemonade Mimosa
lemonade
OJ
Prosecco

Pineapple Coconut Mimosa
pineapple juice
coconut juice
Prosecco

Tequila Sunrise Mimosa
1 1/2 c. OJ
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. tequila
1/4 c. Grenadine
Prosecco

Strawberry Lemonade Mimosa
4 oz strawberry vodka
4 oz pink lemonade
4 oz Prosecco
OR
1 bottle Prosecco
6 c lemonade
1/4c strawberry vodka

Peach Bellini
3 c. frozen peaches (1 lb bag)
1/3 c. peach schnapps
3 c. Prosecco

Blend peaches and schnapps, pour into glass and fill with Prosecco
